Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, if the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, or if a pricing or listing error is discovered. If we cancel an order after payment, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We do not charge additional payment processing fees.
Shipping
Shipping is available only within the continental United States. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery under the conditions in the Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection and may take 7–10 business days to appear through your bank or card issuer.
