Riley’s Pets Link is an independent online retailer of pet supplies. We operate from Deerfield Beach, Florida, and we ship to customers within the continental United States.
What We Do
We sell pet accessories, care items, and everyday supplies for dogs, cats, and other companion animals. Product listings are maintained by our team. We aim to describe each item accurately and to show clear pricing, shipping terms, and return conditions before checkout.
How Orders Are Handled
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is free within the continental United States. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery under the conditions listed in our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping is free, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after inspection and may take 7–10 business days to appear through your bank or card issuer.
